Neung
Neung is a master potter who is particularly proud of the elaborate collection of ceramic pieces he has produced for the Thai royal family. For Big Grass, he creates high-fired ceramic cocoon planters, terracotta geckos, and other innovative ceramic designs. Neung imagines and creates the original design, and then has a crew in his small studio produce and finish each piece.

Noi
The women in Noi’s village co-op turn the lamp designs created by her architect husband into the dazzling Big Grass Noi Lighting Collection. Working in a gregarious, social atmosphere, the women hand assemble the bamboo, metal, silk and cotton components that make up each individual piece.

Piya & Oy
Putting their formal art studies to work, Piya and Oy blend artisan traditions with contemporary style to create many of our favorite decor items. These include bamboo candle holders, incense accessories, and our bamboo hurricane lamps.

Dang
A formally trained artist and talented sculptor, Dang uses natural and recycled materials to create imaginative garden pieces. Dang designs and produces bamboo fencing and screens for Big Grass, as well as amusing bird, fish and face sculptures.
